About this course
At the end of this chapter, students should be able to know that capacitors are electronic components that store electrical energy in the form of an electric field. They consist of two conductive plates separated by a dielectric material. When a voltage is applied, the plates accumulate opposite charges, creating an electric field. Capacitors are used in various applications, such as: Energy storage, filtering signals, regulating voltage and coupling signals
